The heart break

Some of you might already be familiar with heart break but with all the hormones around it can be worse or more mentally painful during puberty. Whether you have a messy break up or your friends steal loved ones everyone will  experience heart break or may already have. The only thing you can learn from heart break is in fact who you really love and who was just a crush who was nothing serious. The hardest thing to go through in relationships is when they turn out to not in fact like you. This is horrible and can make you feel lonely, unwanted and maybe even depressed, believe me I've gone through this. Another thing that may not be heart break but can cause you to be really lonely and secluded from others is when you're to shy to tell someone how you feel about them. This as it can lead to rumours spreading about about you fancying them even if you then realise you don't.

You also need some advice on how to deal or even avoid heart break. My first tip would be how you should make sure they are really interested , how to do this, well you need to give them the run around for long enough so if they're not truly in love with you they'll quit but if they are they will still try and get for as long as it takes. Another tip would be to completely avoid serious relationships until you're about 16 years old or even reached adulthood. Avoiding relationships is hard as at this stage of life your body knows it will be able to have kids soon so your automatic instincts will kick and subconsciously you'll start looking for a mate, so basically a partner.
